Returns and Refunds

 

We want you to be completely happy with your order from dovureni.com. If something is not right, you can return it. Here is how it works.

 

Your Right of Withdrawal

 

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 day period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, received the goods. If your order was delivered in several parcels, the period begins on the day you received the last item.

 

To meet the deadline, it is enough to send us your notice of withdrawal before the 14 days have passed.

 

How to Return an Item

 

Step 1: Contact us

Send an email to help@dovureni.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. You can also use the model withdrawal form in our Terms of Service, but this is not mandatory. A clear statement by email or letter is enough.

 

Step 2: Receive your return instructions

We will reply with the return address and everything else you need to know. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as our products are shipped from different warehouses and we want to make sure your return arrives at the right place.

 

Step 3: Send your return

Pack the items securely and send them back to us within 14 days of telling us about your withdrawal. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

 

Return Shipping Costs

 

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. If you received a damaged, defective or wrong item, we will of course cover the return costs.

 

Condition of Returned Items

 

You are welcome to inspect your items the way you would in a store. Please make sure that returned items are complete and, where possible, in their original packaging. This is especially important for collectibles and memorabilia, where the packaging can be part of the value. You only have to pay for any loss in value if it results from handling the items in a way that was not necessary to check their condition, properties and functioning.

 

Refunds

 

Once we have received your notice of withdrawal, we will refund all payments we received from you, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days at the latest. If you chose insured express shipping, we will refund the cost of standard shipping, but not the additional 4.95 EUR for the express option.

 

We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for your original purchase, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

 

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at help@dovureni.com. Include your order number and, if possible, a few photos of the item and the packaging. We will find a solution with you quickly, for example a replacement or a refund. Your statutory warranty rights apply in full, and the statutory warranty period is two years from delivery.
